As an Administrative Assistant at PG Financial Partners, my primary responsibilities include completing applications for accounts and providing top-notch service to our clients. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in figuring out the most time-efficient ways to process applications, which is something I take great pride in.

With over 13 years in the financial services industry, I’ve gathered a wealth of experience and knowledge. Before joining PG Financial Partners, I was a part-owner of an educational services company where we did editorial work for major educational publishers, preparing digital files for books set to be printed. This experience laid a solid foundation for my subsequent venture, CMyK Associates, an educational publishing service company I co-founded with my business partner, Michael Mulhern. We worked together for over six years, offering comprehensive publishing services.

I attended The Ohio State University, and since then, life has been my greatest motivator. At over 70 years old, I still love working in this business. I enjoy engaging with clients, helping them navigate the complexities of account access and technology, especially those who are older and might need extra assistance. I’m a people person at heart, and I thrive on interactions and helping others.

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I now reside in Galloway, a suburb of Columbus. I’ve lived in my house for 41 years, a place I purchased quite serendipitously at an auction with my mother. My husband, Steve Kennedy, whom I married after high school, and I have been happily together for 50 years. We have two wonderful children, Marcus and Lindsey, an “adopted” son, Nathaniel, and are blessed with four delightful granddaughters. Beyond my professional life, I have a passion for farm living and have been boarding horses for over 40 years. Our farm has been home to a variety of animals, including Arabian horses, goats, sheep, cats, dogs, rabbits, cows, and pigs. We lease some fields to a family with exotic animals. Every morning, I’m greeted by Oscar the Ostrich, Walter the Water Buffalo, and Zonk, a zebra-donkey cross. Life on the farm, my family, and my work keep me invigorated, and I look forward to each new day and the adventures it brings.
